Meet the team
Lena, co-owner of PAW, has worked in professional veterinary medicine for more than 20 years, specializing heavily in emergency, critical care, oncology, and cardiology settings. Her deep experience treating severe trauma and high-acuity patients shaped her uncompromising commitment to equipment safety and reliability. Managing critical cases taught her firsthand that dependable clinical equipment is never optional it is essential.
Tom co-owner focuses heavily on specialized biomedical repair, intensive care oxygen cages, and full-hospital equipment support. As an EPA Universal Certified Biomedical Service Specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience in veterinary surgery, emergency, internal medicine, and cardiology, he understands exactly how critical asset reliability is mid-procedure. His goal is simple: keep essential clinic gear running safely and flawlessly so teams can focus entirely on patient care.
Chief Testing Officer (CTO)
Specializes in high-velocity stress testing for loose wires, hanging cables, and benchtop equipment stability.
Head of Stress Management & Morale
Oversees facility lap-testing protocols, heavy sigh diagnostics, and mandatory break-time enforcement.
Quality Assurance Intern
Maintains a close eye on hard-to-reach crawl spaces, dark corners, and unauthorized box configurations.
Together, Lena and Tom combine a hands-on clinical background with specialized technical expertise to support veterinary practices across Colorado.
